In these three years, a total of 20 production lines have been introduced, and 20 have been signed and arrived from 2003 to 2004, making the production capacity soar to 700000 tons (the actual output in 2002 was 500000 tons, and the output in 2003 was about 580000 tons). After all these projects are put into operation, it is estimated that the production capacity of BOPP will exceed 1million tons

For this reason, we have to appeal loudly: the wind of repeated introduction of BOPP production line should be stopped! It is suggested that relevant state departments, customs, banks, etc. should take strong measures to prevent blind repeated introduction

how much BOPP film is consumed in the Chinese market? According to the research report published by the world AMI consulting company, the consumption of BOPP film in the world in 2002 was 3million tons, which is predicted to be 5.7 million tons by 2010, while the consumption in the Chinese market is 1million tons. In recent years, the market consumption has gradually expanded, and it is a development trend to use it in food composite packaging. BOPA film develops rapidly in the world. Japan grows at a rate of 15% - 20% every year, while European and American countries increase at a rate of 8% - 10%. The world total is 110000 ~ 130000 tons. In China, there are only two production lines of Foshan Dongfang packaging materials company, with a capacity of 6000 tons. It is predicted that the domestic market will demand 20000 tons by 2005, and there is still some room for market development

2. The contradiction between the recycling management and recycling technology of plastic packaging waste and social environmental protection is prominent

(1) the recycling of waste has become an important topic for the production and development of products that are easy to be processed into various shapes and structures by plastic packaging enterprises. The increase of plastic packaging waste, especially primary packaging materials and foam lunch boxes, has become a major problem in urban and rural environmental governance. There is still a lack of perfect methods for waste recycling management, and the reuse technology is in the development stage, which is not yet fully mature. Therefore, treating this problem scientifically has become an important topic for the production and development of plastic packaging enterprises. Taking Shanghai as an example, the key to the fact that the foam lunch box can be far away from the sight of Shanghai citizens in just a few years is to play the role of economic leverage. According to the regulations, the manufacturer shall pay 3 cents of environmental emission (recycling) fee for each foamed lunch box, and pay 1 cent to the recycler for each one. As a result, the recovery rate of foamed lunch boxes has increased significantly. A total of 220million foamed lunch boxes were recovered in Shanghai in 2002, and 98million from January to June 2003
